Each tent has its own cooking cart that you'll find sitting below the awnings on the leeward side of the tent so you can cook in the great outdoors whatever the weather.
Like an Aga on wheels, it is quite literally slow food on the move. As the burning wood heats up the hot-plate directly, it is also very energy efficient.

Cooking
You'll get used to cooking 'without knobs on' to regulate the heat. If a pan looks like it is about to boil over then move it to the side of the stove. When you get the hang of it, then you won't have it any other way!
